Newly renovated 4 bedroom house with a view over the Manukau. Ideal location for airport or Middlemore staff. Rent includes one double room with a generous wardrobe and one single room for your own office or lounge space. Comes with your own toilet, we share a shower (not at same time). Rooms are at back of house so nice and private and leads onto back deck and enclosed yard. Can negotiate rooms too as there is another larger one I use for my daughter when she comes home occasionally but I can put her in back room if preferred. Looking for male flatmate as I need most of the bathroom drawers :). House is fully furnished rooms are not. I work four days on and four off currently but no night shifts. Essentially you will be clean, tidy, mature, relaxed and have a sense of humour. Ideally u come with a boat as there is plenty of room to park one and I love fishing. If you don't come with a lawn mower and like doing lawns I would expect to split cost of lawn mowing service otherwise wifi, power and water included in rent.
